以完善的经典技术著称的免疫产品一直以来是雅培最杰出的成就。其第三代“全自动随机/持续酶免发光系统 AxSYM
”融合了“IMx 快速发光免疫仪”和“TDx/TDxFlx 药物浓度发光监测仪”上最成功的技术并辅以新的方法学，提供更具灵活性和更广泛的测试，现有的免疫测试项目已多达
70 多种。正日益成为免疫产品领域领先地位的象征。此外，结合现代分子生物学技术，雅培以其所独有的LCR及PCR
技术结合可定量分析的MEIA技术融合而成的全自动基因探针(DNA/RNA)检测系统LCx型号，也广泛应用于细菌，病毒等检测。现有肺结核，衣原体，淋病，艾滋病及丙肝基因测试等。
随着实验室全自动化和大型实验室组合的需要，雅培研制了套式大量样卡测试仪 Architect-i2000,雅培免疫将随着免疫检测的发展而不断发展。
面对成熟的临床生化日益面临的挑战，雅培立足于传统产品的基础，拓展思路，通过强强联手、优势互补以发展全新概念的产品线。1998
年 4 月，推出的Alcyon 300 台式生化仪300测试/小时，着眼于高效率低成本，符合各类实验室常规、急诊或备用的需要；1998年6月，推出大型2000测试/小时Aeroset全自动生化仪在中国与全球同步上市，更满足了大型实验室的长远需要；不久的将来，令人瞩目的新一代智能化组合产品
Architect 系列也将与用户见面，从而以系列化的产品为未来实验室的发展提供全面的解决方案（Total
Solutions）。
在雅培原有快速诊断产品如TestPack 和Fact Plus的基础上，1998年7月雅培相继推出了艾滋病抗体，梅毒及乙肝表面抗原的快速检测项目。Determine
系列快速测试项目，可直接用全血或血清/血浆进行检测，使原本复杂的测试过程在十几分钟就可得到直观的结果。满足医院，血站，卫生检疫等机构的特殊需要，作即时现场检测。
